Bless

_________, I bless your spirit in the name of Jesus. I bless you to find rest in your innermost parts. I bless you to rest in Christ's work on the cross, and to become acquainted with the Prince of Peace. I bless you to choose rest and to make time to sabbath.

Declare

I declare that will carry an atmosphere of peace. My surroundings and the people I come in contact with will naturally fall in line with that peace. I will not let what happens around me determine my attitude. I will purpose to choose rest.
