Bless

___________, I bless your spirit in the name of Jesus. I bless your spirit to be attentive to the Lord  Jesus during the night. I bless you with dreams that give you understanding and direction, and I bless you to wake to HIs gently voice giving you instruction.

Declare

I declare that I will focus my attention on the Lord just before I go to bed. I will expect to hear His voice as I drift off to sleep and as I wake. I will be watchful of my dreams, and I will write down things that are meaningful.
